Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, distribute, and guide the team to achieve goals.
- Ensure the availability of machines and equipment by monitoring maintenance.
- Promote continuous improvements in production processes.
- Performance evaluations and provide structured feedback.
- Identify training and development needs for the team.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
- Plan production goals and optimize processes to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
✔ Fluent in English and/or Spanish.
✔ Experience in people management and industrial processes.
✔ Knowledge of quality management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
✨ Postgraduate degree, Master's degree, and/or Specialization.
✨ Experience in project management.
✨ Experience in the graphic industry, preferably with rotogravure printing, using paper as a substrate and water-based or solvent-based inks.
