• Provide administrative support to the Product Department, including creating presentations, managing internal sample requests, coordinating internal communication with other company departments, organizing samples, maintaining files, and updating internal control templates.
• Actively participates in creative research and visual concepts, helping to translate ideas into materials and products.
• Play a key role throughout the entire lifecycle of the process/product, from briefing to creation, production, and launch, collaborating with the commercial, design, marketing, laboratory, and LDC departments.
• Bachelor's degree, diploma, university degree, or higher qualification in Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or Interior Design.
• No prior experience is required, although experience in furniture, interior design, or other design-related sectors will be valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Good command of English (intermediate/advanced), minimum level B2.
• A proactive, dynamic, and versatile individual with strong teamwork skills, eager to learn and grow within our company.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are essential.
What do we offer?
• Full time from Monday to Friday.
• Indicative office hours: from 8-9 a.m. to 5-6 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 16 p.m., with an option from 8-14h on Friday, flexible hours system (40h/per week)
• Salary based on the candidate’s profile.
• Permanent contract directly by company.
