• Support to the sales department, offices and external agents.
• Manage customer orders, including receiving, tracking, reviewing, confirming, and invoicing.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests via telephone and email, addressing their various needs.
• Send reports to customers.
• Manage invoices in collaboration with the Administration department.
• Update rates in the system.
• Handle product and transportation-related incidents.
• Bachelor's degree, diploma, university degree or higher related to administration and management, commerce or marketing or similar.
• No prior experience required, although experience administrative tasks or in commercial departments will be valued in.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Dynamics is an advantage.
• High English proficiency. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• A proactive, dynamic, and versatile individual with strong teamwork skills and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
• A driver's license and own vehicle are essential.
What do we offer?
• Full time from Monday to Friday.
• Indicative office hours: from 8-9 a.m. to 5-6 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 16 p.m., with an option from 8-14h on Friday, flexible hours system (40h/per week)
• Salary based on the candidate’s profile.
