At LAMIGRAF, S.A. we process your data in order to manage the business relationship between us in all its aspects, from entering into the purchase and sale and/or service provision contract and everything entailed by this to keeping in touch and sending marketing messages via electronic media.

How long will we keep your data for?

Any personal data supplied to us will be kept for as long as our commercial relations last and until five years from the last purchase and sale or completion of service provision.

What is the lawful basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is because this is necessary for performance of the purchase and sale and/or service provision contract to which you are party.

Processing date for sending you marketing messages via electronic mail or via other equivalent electronic media will be done pursuant to Art. 21.2 of Act 34/2002 on services of the information society and electronic commerce which allows us, when there is a prior contractual relationship, to send you marketing messages referring to products and services offered by this company similar to the ones that were initially covered by contracts, insofar as you do not express any objection to being sent those messages (see the subsection on "Rights" below). In each message which you are sent there will be details of a simple procedure for deregistering from these.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Purpose 1: To keep our contact agenda;

a) As a contact person to maintain relations with the legal entity or body at which you provide your services.
b) As an interested party who has got in touch with us by consulting us or requesting some information, to be able to help you with this.
c) As a contact person to directly pursue our relations.

Purpose 2: For sending marketing messages, even by electronic mail and other equivalent electronic media about our products and services, as well as information on events and occasions, in the event of your consent having been requested and your having granted this.

How long will we keep your data for?

The personal data provided will be kept in the case of purpose 1:

a) In the event of being a contact person to maintain relations with the legal entity or body at which you provide your services, this will be kept for as long as our relations with that legal entity or body last, and for the legal periods allowed for any legal liabilities which might result from the relationship with the legal entity or organisation.

b) In the event of being an interested party who has got in touch with us, for up to 6 months after having complied with your request, in case you should send us any later correspondence with regard to that enquiry or request for information.

c) In the event of being a contact person for maintaining relations directly, this data will be kept for as long as the relations last and for the legal periods stipulated for storage of this.

For purpose 2 for sending marketing messages we will keep your data for as long as you fail to express your objection to going on receiving our communications.

b) In the event of being an interested party who has got in touch with us, the legal basis is obtaining your consent.
